Study Smart
Tools to help you get the grades you want.

You know the drill--you've heard it a million times. You have to STUDY, STUDY, STUDY to get good grades. But what you may not know is that studying can be completely ineffective if you're not doing it in ways that will help you learn best. Think of it this way: your mind is a tool belt with lots of room to hold many different tools. Study skills are the tools that you fill your belt with that will help you build the best grade point average you possibly can. If you put the tools in the tool belt (in other words, if you acquire effective study skills), you will have what it takes to get the grades you want.

Here's how to go about getting those tools that you need:

Figure Out Your Learning Style
First, you have to figure out how you learn best. Some aspects of your learning style you can find out on your own or you may already know about yourself. You may have to take a learning assessment test to find out the other aspects of the style that best describes you. Finding out how you learn best can help you know what you have to do to study and learn effectively. Try out our Learning Styles Test now!
